Does it usually takes a second for you to figure out the reason why you ate or said what you did? Or is it instant recognition? Sometimes it sneaks up on me and I forget it’s PMS. Is that normal? ha ha ha
Is it possible to have synchronized cycles via the internet? Mine is viscious with a side of WATCH OUT!

If I had been able to locate the midol yesterday, things would have ended much better for everyone involved…
I still get PMS even though I had a hysterectomy. Sheesh!
