March 21, the first day of spring, was MANY days ago.
So, tell me please, why is it SNOWING outside my window?
A Utah spring is just like those claw machines with all the toys inside. No matter how many times it screws us over, we keep believing that this time our luck will change, that we might end up with something more than a whole lotta empty-handed disappointment.

A quick side note: It’s 76 degrees in Delaware right now. That’s right, 76 degrees. And sunny.

Can’t help it…I LOVE Utah springs… the billion types of weather (especially rain on a sunny day!) The huge wave of temperatures in a week! It’s more ‘Like a box of chocolates’!

Seriously, I so agree with this. I keep reading about people going tanning in their back yards and getting sunburned and then I look out the window and curse the blasted (and fradulent!) “utah spring”.

it is beautiful and sunny out here on the east coast. At least it was when I walked around the block to get lunch. Too bad temps are slated to nose dive over the weekend. Spring is unpredictable out this way too, sadly.
I feel you pain, Tiff, but have to admit that I’m ok with the temps staying cool for a bit longer. I have nothing to wear in warm weather! I know I wore something last summer, but have no idea where it went. This is giving me a bit more time before I have to go shopping. And, I really don’t look forward to 105 degree days. Maybe a cool spring means a cooler summer…? That’s a fair trade.
I bawled. Thought a swear word. Cried some more and circled the day on the calender that I go home. I feel you Tiff!!
i’ll never forget the time it snowed in JUNE in utah. i was soooo mad.

honestly. gotta love the craziness.
I mean, it was snowing today and then tonight I was at the baseball park for 2 and 1/2 fun filled hours.

Sometimes the snow comes down in June. Only in Utah.
