Okay, I didn’t realize that by calling them “my” mashed potatoes you would all think that I made them….I didn’t make these potatoes. I ordered them. I’d like to say they were the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever eaten, but they weren’t. I found them to be a little bland. They were, however, the CUTEST mashed potatoes I’ve ever eaten, and that counts for a lot because who even knew that was possible?
As far as I could tell, they took their stiff mashed potatoes and molded them into the shape of a pear and then rolled them in some kind of bread crumb/parmesan cheese mix before toasting them. But, if you try to make them for Thanksgiving dinner and they turn out looking like Mashed Potato Spleens instead of Mashed Potato Pears, don’t blame me. I’m only guessing here, people.
And that stem? It’s a clove shoved in backward!
NO!! And now I’m jealous! How did you make those? I really must know! They look amazing!
